Kiehl's BB Cream Review

I've heard a lot about BB creams, but in terms of experience I had only tried the Maybelline Dream Fresh one, and it was a total disappointment (too dark for me, caused breakouts...).

BUT the summer was here and I felt like using something a bit more light than usual foundation, and if possible, with high SPF, so I ended up buying the Kiehl's BB Cream.

As you may know, this baby is packed with all sorts of benefits such as all-day hidratation, it's supposed to improve the texture of your skin and minimize pores, besides of correcting imperfections and tone.
It also contains vitamin C (which corrects skin tone), SPF 50 and mineral pigments.
Besides, it is SILICONE-FREE, PARABEN-FREE, FRAGANCE-FREE and MINERAL OIL FREE.

The first thing you notice is that it is quite dense and you'll probably need to warm it up a little with your fingers before applying it, cause it may be difficult to blend if you don't. For the same reason I find it better to apply and blend with your fingers rather than a brush. It's not light feeling when you wear it but I wouldn't say it's heavy.

In terms of coverage I would say it's okay: it blurs dark circles and minor imperfections, but my little freckles still show when I wear it. It warms up your complexion and makes it appear fresh and healty, but still not dewy or glowy. It's a natural finish, your skin but better. It wears nicely during the day, unless you live somewhere with high temperature and high humidity like me, then it literally melts down in your face. Powder or fixing spray helps, though.

The good thing about it is that it has never made my sensitive skin angry, I haven't noticed any kind of reaction, which is rare for me. Usually liquid foundations/tinted moisturizers/bb creams make my breakouts worse, or cause new ones, and my skin now is fine or even better after using this all summer (and keeping with my skincare routine, of course)

I really enjoy using it and it looks lovely on my skin but I would like to find something less dense feeling for everyday use, mainly because I won't have that much time in the morning to work on it and blend it properly, but I think it's a really nice western BB Cream (if you don't mind heavy sunscreen smell)

Have you tried the Kiehl's BB Cream? Which one would you recomend me next?
